This thread can be about Ty's work after Battles. If anyone has a good summary of what he's done since leaving the band, please post!

Also up for debate, should this thread be in the Battles Main section? Or should I make a new section for discussion about specific members (current and ex) of the band?

Anyway, here's a cool news item, Ty performed recently at ATP NYC with classical composer Philip Glass: Glass (piano) and Braxton (guitar, then synth) kept their set on the short side, performing Glass's "Étude No. 1" followed by No. 2 and No. 10 (which elicited cheers from the audience when announced). http://www.brooklynvegan.com/a.../atp_nyc_--_day.html

Tyondai is a complete dude. As a person I think he was always the nicest one in the band when he was in the band (not saying the others aren't nice...just sayin'). Anyways, to keep updated he is premiering this new multimedia project called Hive at the Guggenheim. I imagine it'll be awesome. Here's some details http://web04.echomail.com/web0...amp;mt=&e=wvnwvn~wsrv.arg also then Alarm Will Soundwill perform his new work FLy by Wire: http://broadwayworld.com/artic...ie-Hall-46-20130304# and...to finish up Bang on a Can are performing his Casino Trem (which I saw in London and was fantastic) tomorrow in New York.
