In a future release?

Well some of my favorite singers are Bjork, PJ Harvey, Thom Yorke, Tori Amos, Fiona Apple, Alison Goldfrapp, Karen O. I would love for any of them to collaborate with Battles, but I don't see it happening.
I love all those singers you mentioned. Goldfrapp would sound great with them. Bjork and Thom are in to Battles so I don't think it would be too far fetched for them to collaborate.
I would love to see Mike Patton sing on a future record. He's arguably the most versatile experimental vocalist out there. Stanier plays in Tomahawk with him so there's that connection. Karin Dreijer Andersson would be another I'd love to see work with them. She's experimental with vocal effects but also has a great voice. Mookie from Genghis Tron would be interesting too, especially on heavier songs a la My Machines, although Battles haven't used screamers, his clean vocals are great.
I didn't know Bjork was into Battles, where did you hear that? Cool!

She's mentions the Atlas single "Mirrors" but confused it with the album title. I've also read that she was in attendance for a show or two around that time.
Damo Suzuki!
Someone from last.fm suggested Dan Deacon. I think he'd be a great fit, vocal as well as musical contributor.
If they ever did vocal guests in the future, it would be cool to hear Avey Tare, Micachu, Deerhoof, or maybe even the dude who sings sometimes in Mouse on Mars
